Capital-Plus International Limited is a professional communication consulting limited liability Company incorporated in 2009, under the Companies’ ordinance as repealed and replaced by the Companies Act No.12 of 2002, whose postal address is 10714, Dar es Salaam. The Company also recognized as a leading indigenous integrated Public Relations Company in Tanzania.

The Company has carved a niche for itself as one of the most esteemed Media and PR Companies in Tanzania. We specialize in the formulation and execution of efficient and effective public relations and corporate communications strategies for organizations seeking to develop a desired image and understanding amongst their target publics.

Our ability to deliver differentiated services to our Clients is derived from being a PR Company in Tanzania to have a media division and specialized Client services department. The media division is manned by a team of professionally trained journalists who have had a stint in the mainstream Tanzania media industry and therefore understands the industry well.

Our People

Our experienced staff comprises of full time public relations practitioners and former journalists from Tanzania and Kenya’s leading media houses. We also have a strong network of associates, affiliates and approved suppliers.

Noel has over 16-yearsof experience in the regional media and public relations sectors. Prior to joining Capital-Plus International Ltd, he worked in Kenya with Apex Porter Novelli and Gina Din Corporate Communications as an Account Manager. Noel has also worked in the media industry as a business reporter with The Standard Group’s Print division. He has managed blue-chip companies such as Orange Telkom - Kenya, Safaricom Ltd, MTN Business, Kenya Airways; The State Department of East African Affairs, assisting them to develop their communication strategies that include Public Relations campaigns and media plans as well as compiling monthly reports

Magdalena holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from St. Augustine University of Tanzania, majoring in Public Relations and Marketing. She joined Capital-Plus International in 2018, bringing with her a wealth of experience in Sales and Marketing, having horned her skills in a period of seven years, working for various reputable companies in Tanzania, among them Star Times, Stanbic bank and Serengeti Breweries. She will be in charge of Mwanza Region.

Malela oversees media relations which includes media coverage and consultations and has a lot of knowledge in the sector, with over five years of experience in Tanzania’s media and public relations sector. Prior to joining the company in 2014, he worked for four years as a reporter and feature writer with some of the largest and well respected media houses in the country namely: New Habari Ltd and The Guardian Ltd. A dedicated individual whose strength lies in creating internal and external synergies to get the best out of his work, Kassim has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass communication from the University of Dar es Salaam and a Diploma in Journalism from Times School of Journalism (TSJ) located in Dar es Salaam.

Kasara is a results-driven and resourceful event management professional with a 7 years’ verifiable track record in organizing and managing small and large events from proposal to delivery. He is a highly effective team player with great presentation of skills, contagious enthusiasm and deep rooted passion for excellence. Kasara established reputation of uniquely blending creative and administrative abilities to achieve the desired results. He also has known for meeting and exceeding expectations of Client.

Arthur holds a Bachelors of Commerce degree in Accounting from University of Dar es salaam. Arthur began his career with Women Craft in Ngara as volunteer, where he developed accounting and internal control systems. He has worked with REDESO, an NGO in Ngara as Finance Manager, where he managed funds from multiple donors including DANIDA, UNHCR, CAFOD, HIVOS, CDEA and CONCERN WORLDWIDE. He also worked as Internal Auditor as REDESO, which has several branches. Arthur has over 10 years in Financial Management. He joined the Company as Financial Consultant and Internal Auditor. Arthur has very high expectation of bringing CPI to next level and raises its worth. He is especially interested in robust internal control and risk management. Currently he is pursuing CPA to complete professional stage.

Paul has over a decade of financial experience, working in both private and public organizations in Tanzania, Mr. Paul Nyema maintains and oversees all financial and accounting records, and ensures financial obligations of the organization are carried. He demonstrates experience in monitoring computerized accounting systems while providing leadership to the finance team. Nyema’s ability to provide clear directions on matters relating to finance ensures the accuracy and relevance of procedures and legislation. He identifies, negotiates and makes recommendations on contracts and other financial arrangements as well as consistently provides advice on a broad range of financial issues. He is also responsible for the preparation of financial reports and financial information all the while maintaining strict confidentiality in relation to the records and information about any businesses activities.

Farida boosts over 7 years’ experience in secretarial and customer service underscores the CPIL’s client –centric approach. Farida’s work entails the daily planning, management and operations in the office, which ensure all operations that support client engagement, are seamless, including managing the company’s daily financial accounts, third-party outsourcing, and documentation.

Irene joined Capital-Plus International in 2017 as an intern and has risen through the ranks to manage the company’s social media accounts. She is an alumnus of Arusha Journalism Training College, where she graduated with a diploma in Journalism in 2015. Irene later did her internship at Mlimani TV as a researcher in news and fashion between 2015 and 2016. She later joined TV1 later in 2016 as a researcher in news and video editor before finally joining Capital-Plus International. At Capital-Plus International, she monitors and writes content for the organisation’s blog. During her one year at Capital-Plus International, the company’s social media accounts- Twitter, Instagram and Facebook pages have witnessed unprecedented growth in viewership and contributory hits.
